The home was designed by us and drafted by Design Confidential ready for council lodgment. Every single aspect of the home detail was also designed by us. It was extremely freeing and satisfying to be able to have total control of all aspects of this build.

From the outset this project has been all about recycling what we could and keeping it cost effective without compromising the quality or integrity of the build. With that in mind, we set out to find ways to achieve the finishes required in a creative fashion, and produce a home that not only made a statement but performed for the family in every aspect of their lives.

The majority of the structure was retained and tweeked, as most material that were in good condition such as timber, and bricks were reused where possible. The existing structure was in great condition so we took advantage of this and reused what we could.
